The Design Brief
The owners are a family with 3 small children. They purchased the home which hadn’t been decorated since the 70s and wanted to completely strip and reconstruct the home with a new loft master suite and improved flow throughout. We also completely rebuilt the existing single garage with a new internal access double.
This home was in the highest wind zone in Wellington and required complex structural work and detailing.
It is currently under construction.
